Vacation Flathead is owned and operated by sisters Kaci and Linsey, Montana natives with a shared passion for hospitality, design, and elevated guest experiences.

Kaci is a mom of two, a wife, a realtor, and the co-owner of Montana Venue Management. She brings her love of travel, nature, and community into every part of the business. She thrives on meeting new people, creating meaningful connections, and making guests feel genuinely cared for. Her creativity and commitment to thoughtful service help shape the warm, elevated experience that defines Vacation Flathead.

Linsey has a background in managing private estates, coordinating contractors, overseeing household teams, and working closely with interior designers. Her eye for design, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail ensure every home meets the level of quality and style guests expect. Inspired by her family’s Montana roots, she hopes to one day create a tiny-home community where others can enjoy the beauty her great-grandparents discovered.
